CLASS CANCELLATION & MAKE-UP POLICIES Should you need to miss a class you must notify Cynthia via telephone within one hour of class start time. If you know you will miss a class 24 hours or more before class then email notification is acceptable. If you do not send appropriate notification of your expected absence you will be charged for the class and no make-up will be allowed. Make-up classes are scheduled on an as-needed basis or upon request. Make-up classes must have at least two students in attendance. Attendees do not have to be make-ups but can be friends or siblings who want to come along for the fun. By enrolling your child for a class you agree to abide by the above stated policies. Enrollment includes: Submitting the registration form. Submitting a Purchase Order from Connecting Waters or other charter schools (homeschoolers). Submitting payment for a half or full session.
